Kim Dube

Founder & CEO

Kim is a strategic thinker with vast operational experience working with both domestic and global organizations. She is a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) leader passionate about getting companies the right talent for the right role at the right time. Kim is motivated by helping companies meet their business objectives by driving needed TA transformation to improve recruitment processes, efficiencies, and results. She learned early in her career the importance of a well run recruitment team to the overall success of a company’s ability to scale.

Kim graduated from Northern Kentucky University for her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication and her MBA from Thomas More College. She has worked for the last 20 years in a variety of organizations, experiencing first-hand a range of diverse corporate environments and cultures. She has led teams responsible for over 15,000 hires annually.

She founded ReFlex: Recruiting Flexibility in 2023 to help lead a new era of hiring: using independent hiring experts to find the best talent for small and medium sized businesses.
Kim has always loved the energy and passion of entrepreneurs and loves helping them grow their businesses by making sure they feel secure and taken care of in their recruiting journey and doing so in a way that flexes with the seasonalities of their businesses.

Kim currently resides in Northern Kentucky with her family. She holds her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

I wanted to use my 20 years of experience in recruiting talent across all levels — from entry level administrative support to C-suite executives — and shift focus over to supporting small and medium sized businesses. I’ve always been inspired by entrepreneurial people and passionate about helping them achieve their dreams.

Jennifer Blanford

Executive Recruiter

Jenny has over 10 years of recruiting experience. She has recruited in several different industries including but not limited to Health Care, Logistics, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Her most recent work was at Elevance Health recruiting for medical roles and implementing their new CRM – Workday.

In her free time she keeps busy with her husband and 5 children. They enjoy spending time outdoors, baking and going to all of the kids sporting events.

Laura Smith

Executive Recruiter

Laura has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Recruitment. She has recruited in various industries, including but not limited to Sales, Finance and Accounting, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Healthcare. Laura strives to partner with clients to fully understand their needs in order to find the best fit.

Outside of work, Laura stays busy with her husband and 6 children. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and sleeping.

Kelly Neighbours

Executive Recruiter

Kelly comes from a background of Human Resources and Recruiting in the Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. She has recruited for Global 500 and Fortune 100 companies and has expansive recruiting experience ranging from filling clerical administrative roles to the production line to clinical staff to upper level management. She loves meeting new people, building relationships and helping others in their professional journey.

Outside of work, she is happily married to her husband and they have five beautiful children. She is very involved at her childrens’ school and loves to cheer them on in their many activities and sports. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on fun adventures. She also enjoys painting, photography and spending time in the great outdoors.
